### Your responsibilities
Shared responsibility for the smooth operational and administrative flow of the kitchen and proactive communication with all hotel departments
Supporting and deputizing for the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team of 10-15 employees, creating duty rosters and absence schedules, and ensuring compliance with all labor laws in cooperation with the HR department, including the introduction, training, and monitoring of food and hygiene standards
Contributing to menu planning, cost calculation, and consistent implementation of the restaurant concept
Active participation in daily operations, flexible in all positions and kitchen areas

### Your profile
Completed vocational training and relevant professional experience in a comparable position and company
### Experience in leading and developing employees
Sound, qualified experience or certification in the field of hygiene
Service-oriented work ethic, commitment, and resilience
Excellent German and English language skills
