Full-time position for an experienced Sous Chef (m/f/d)
### Your responsibilities
## The Sous Chef is responsible for the following areas:
Collaborating on the definition, implementation, and achievement of short-, medium-, and long-term strategic goals in the Food & Beverage area, in collaboration with the owner and management
Purchasing and coordinating food supplies, taking into account efficient inventory flow, seasonality, and new menu concepts
Calculating and developing recipes
Monitoring inventory
Actively managing staff, including recruitment, training, team building, and disciplinary management
Creating employee manuals and training materials
Supporting and guiding the respective Head Chefs in their tasks
Ensuring optimal hygiene and cleanliness according to HACCP quality standards
### What we are looking for:
Successfully completed apprenticeship as a chef
Professional experience in various restaurants and/or hotels
Passion for fresh and sustainable food Food
Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
Confident and friendly demeanor, both internally and externally
You remain calm under pressure
You are well-versed in hygiene guidelines and HACCP principles
Respectful interaction with colleagues and products
Enjoyment of teamwork
