Chef de Rang (m/f/d)
### Your responsibilities:
With your personal commitment, you ensure smooth service and warm guest care.
You manage a service station with approximately 30 guests.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Active wine and beverage consultation, including sales.
Knowledge of the current menu.
Mise en place tasks.
Adherence to HACCP quality standards at your station.
All preparation and follow-up work, including office tasks. What we offer:
