Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (m/f/d) Full-time
We are the gastronomic partners of the Hilton Hotel Munich City
### Your responsibilities
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for and co-responsible for the following areas:
Collaboration in defining, implementing, and achieving short-, medium-, and long-term strategic goals in the Food & Beverage area together with the owner and General Manager
Preparation of daily statements and invoice verification
Monitoring of all revenue and cost-relevant KPIs to ensure efficient management while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards
Active employee management, including recruitment, training, team building, and disciplinary leadership
Creation of employee handbooks and training materials
Contribution to the preparation of proposals for BBQ and catering requests for up to 2,000 guests
Operational support of the team, e.g., vacation coverage for the Service Manager
Monitoring of staff schedules and efficient staffing planning
Support of the kitchen and Supporting service teams with their administrative tasks
Ensuring optimal hygiene and cleanliness according to HACCP quality standards
A hands-on mentality

Successfully completed vocational training in a hospitality profession
Professional experience in various restaurants and/or hotels
Passion for the profession
