We are looking to expand our kitchen team with a Sous Chef.
## Employment details:
## Employment: permanent
## Working hours: 40 hours per week
## Work week: 5 days | regular working hours | No overtime

### Your Responsibilities
## As Sous Chef, your main responsibilities will include:
Preparing high-quality dishes (creative fine cuisine)
Working independently and responsibly in collaboration with our kitchen team
Communicating and coordinating with our restaurant service team
Organizing and overseeing the daily mise en place
Actively participating in ordering and inventory management
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards
