Housekeeping Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Head of Ambiance and Wellbeing (m/f/d) to start immediately or by agreement.
In this position, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Leading the Housekeeping Team: You will coordinate all housekeeping and guest comfort activities and lead a dedicated team responsible for cleanliness, order, and overall guest comfort.
Guest Relations: You will ensure that our guests' wishes and needs regarding room comfort and cleanliness are always met.
Quality Assurance: You will monitor compliance with high quality standards and ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and to the satisfaction of our guests.
Maintenance and Upkeep: In cooperation with the technical department, you will ensure regular inspections of room amenities and that all facilities are in perfect working order.
Work Scheduling: You will be responsible for planning and organizing the housekeeping team and creating work schedules.
Training and Development: You will promote the continuous training and motivation of your team and ensure high employee motivation and retention.
Communication: You will be the main point of contact for other departments and ensure a smooth flow of information, especially regarding guest requests and requirements.
To fulfill these responsibilities, you will possess the following qualifications:
Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry, or comparable professional experience
Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury hotel or similar establishment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and a high degree of responsibility
Passion for outstanding guest service and high quality standards
Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment
Good written and spoken German and English skills
