SAP FICO Specialist

For an international production environment, we are looking for a SAP professional who wants to contribute to optimization projects, implementations, and the further development of SAP processes within Finance & Controlling.

What will you be doing? As an SAP FICO Specialist, you will contribute to the optimization and implementation of SAP processes within an international context:
Analyzing financial business processes and translating them into efficient SAP solutions
Optimizing existing SAP FICO flows and configurations
Participating in international implementations and rollouts
Performing blueprint and fit-gap analyses
Configuring SAP within Finance & Controlling
Drafting functional and technical documentation
Testing new functionalities and supporting go-lives
Guiding key users during acceptance testing and implementations
Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
Actively contributing to improvement projects and innovations, including S/4HANA initiatives
You combine process insight with SAP expertise and get the chance to make an impact on an international scale.

We are looking for an analytical and communicative SAP professional who takes ownership within projects:
Strong experience with SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
Good insight into financial processes and process optimization
Strong analytical skills and structured approach
Ability to work independently and function well in a team
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills
Interest in production and international environments
Willingness to travel sporadically within Europe
Good knowledge of English
(Dutch or French is a plus)
