Technical lead IT

Our client is active in retail and is building an extensive application landscape internally that supports various business processes. From a modern IT department, they work daily on improving, rewriting, and expanding their systems with a focus on innovation, stability, and scalability.
You define and monitor the technical architecture across various applications and systems.
You provide technical guidance to developers and coach the team on best practices and code quality.
You contribute to complex projects such as ERP and POS systems.
You make strategic choices regarding technologies, tooling, and design patterns.
You ensure scalable, maintainable, and consistent solutions within the application landscape.
### Profile
At least 8 years of experience as a developer, including several years in a lead or architecture role.
Strong knowledge of .NET Core, microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern development frameworks.
### Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, SQL Server, and design patterns such as DDD and CQRS.
