Job Description

Your Role
You are part of the user support team and report to the Head of User Support.
You ensure the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure. You assist in the rollout of the computer and printer fleet and ensure accurate reporting within asset management.
Computer and printer hardware holds no secrets for you, and you are able to replace and/or repair items.
You record all your actions and reports in our Service Level Management tool.
You contribute to the technological development of our organization.
You provide the necessary technical support within projects, ensuring that systems remain secure within the ICT organization even after project completion.
You assist in the further development of our documentation structure.
You participate in an on-call system and are on call approximately every 9 weeks.
Your main workplace is Zoersel. Sometimes, a trip to another branch may be necessary for repairs, support, interventions, meetings, or ongoing projects.

You are customer-oriented, a good listener, and have a correct and fluent communication style.
You work meticulously, are analytical, and are driven to find solutions.
You are stress-resistant and can function well both independently and as part of a team.
You are eager to learn.
You have completed a degree in IT or have experience in a similar role.
