What will your responsibilities entail?
In collaboration with the project manager, you will draw up execution plans following the handover from the project engineer, ensuring construction sites start smoothly and on time.
You actively support site monitoring, ensure safety on-site, and contribute to structured communication via toolbox meetings.
You assist with the financial follow-up of projects: progress reports, settlements, and quotations are part of your daily tasks.
You are a connecting link between engineering, estimating, drafters, and site managers – your coordinating role ensures smooth project execution.
Profile
What do we expect from you?
You hold a technical bachelor's or master's degree and know what goes on at a construction site.
You combine analytical insight with a pragmatic, no-nonsense work style.
You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English and switch effortlessly between different interlocutors.
You are ambitious, eager to learn, and want to manage projects independently in the long term.
Offer
Compensation: min. 3,000 - max. 3,800 euros gross per month
