As the lead man on the construction site, you are responsible for the complete installation of kitchens and interiors:
You direct the work and constantly monitor quality
You spot deviations and intervene before things go wrong
You think ahead and ensure that every detail is correct as it should be
You work for both private clients and on projects by building developers
You are the point of contact on the site and communicate smoothly with clients
### Profile
### Experience with installing kitchens and interiors
You can read and correctly interpret plans
You communicate fluently in Dutch
You value quality work: you work accurately and have an eye for detail
You dare to take the lead and are not afraid to make (final) decisions on the site
You are customer-oriented and think in a professional manner, dealing with clients professionally
You live in the region

Salary between 17.94 and 19.22
