Your Role
As Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development, you assume a strategic role within the Executive Committee, together with the General Director and the Content Director. You view HR not as a merely supporting function, but as a lever for organizational development and strategic realization. You combine vision with implementation power and know how to bridge the gap between strategy and daily practice. Ultimately responsible for human capital

Who are we looking for?
A strong and connecting HR leader with a passion for the welfare sector.
You preferably hold a Master's degree in a humanities field, or equivalent through experience.
You possess at least four years of relevant leadership experience in an (HR) management position.
You have solid HR experience at the policy level and can steer towards the right policy results and process improvements based on keen insight.
You are at home with change and transformation — you have guided organizations through complex processes and know the pitfalls as well as the success factors.
You combine strategic thinking with execution power. In addition to vision development, you know how to strike a good balance between thinking and doing. You operate from a helicopter perspective, but you are also at the wheel yourself.
You enjoy coaching a team and leading them to a higher level using a motivating leadership style. You inspire, stimulate change, and foster collaboration.
Consultation and networking are second nature to you. You constructively build partnerships and engage in social dialogue and external collaborations.
### Experience with non-profit operations, public procurement, and/or the welfare sector are clear assets.

A full-time contract of indefinite duration. A salary scale (K1) in accordance with PC 319.01, where demonstrable and relevant seniority is taken into account, supplemented by a company car and fringe benefits.
