What will you be doing?
You attract interesting candidates by writing attractive job descriptions and creating effective social media campaigns.
After a successful interview, you match the candidate with regional companies.
You schedule the interviews, coach the candidate, and follow up on the progress. When you hear that the candidate can start, you draw up the contract and do a little celebratory dance with your team colleagues.
Where will you be working?
As a permanent recruitment partner, we specialize in finding talent in technical, ICT, engineering, and office roles. We are active in West and East Flanders, and our team now numbers more than 55 enthusiastic employees who call themselves Vind!ers. They work in Roeselare, Ypres, Tielt, Waregem, Torhout, Bruges, and Ghent.
Profile
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, or have relevant work experience in the sector.
You can inspire others to go all out for their professional dreams.
You have a commercial mindset: achieving goals with your team is what energizes you.
Your communication skills are on point, and you easily bridge the gap between candidates and companies.
Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to easily maintain an overview of the recruitment process at various clients. Offer
Compensation: min. 2,200 - max. 3,500 euros gross per month
