What does a Career Consultant do at Vivaldis? 
In short?  Everything you enjoy: guiding people, recruiting candidates, making companies happy, and watching your office grow – literally and figuratively 
## In detail? So, this is what it entails:
You actively search for candidates
You scout daily for industrial profiles such as production workers, warehouse workers, packers, operators, etc.
You call, email, and connect – and above all: you truly listen
You discover their talents and ambitions and proudly present them to our clients
You build lasting relationships with companies like a pro
You know their site reality and staffing needs
You propose the right profiles and think proactively with your clients
You negotiate, prepare quotes, and serve as a dedicated point of contact.
You manage the entire process from A to Z
From job vacancy creation to prospecting: you maintain an overview
You ensure proper follow-up and feedback
You switch gears quickly and efficiently, even when things are busy
Teamwork, growth & initiative
You work closely with colleagues in the office and within your cluster. Together, you work towards team objectives.

### Profile
Who are you?
You have initial experience in recruitment, sales, HR, or customer-facing work
Specific sector experience is not necessary; you can learn a lot through on-the-job training!
Or you are an enterprising type with a strong desire to learn
You communicate fluently, think solution-oriented, and are also strong administratively
You enjoy working collaboratively but can also work independently.
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience. No bachelor's degree, but can you work at a bachelor's level of thinking? Take your chance!
