Your new role:
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will build your business and create long-term matches between talent and companies. Spoiler: no two days are the same!
Ready to discover what this role really entails? Let's break it down:
You will build your own client portfolio in a niche market and strengthen relationships, involving both new companies and clients who have relied on us for years.
A-Z, and everything in between? You are the go-to person for clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
You follow up with candidates and clients consistently; you ensure an authentic and strong relationship that leaves a lasting impression!

Profile
How you make a difference:
Do you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or HR? Yes please! Did you study something else? You are certainly welcome then too; motivation for recruitment and sales is key!
Be bold and curious: you are ambitious, show initiative, and dare to think outside the box.
Own the outcomes: you take responsibility and do not shy away from conversations, always with open, honest vibes.
Champion the customer: you are customer-oriented and commercially minded. You understand the recruitment needs of clients and candidates, and spot opportunities in the market.

Compensation: min. 2,550 - max. 2,700 euros gross per month
