About the workplace

We are now a year into our new organization with a focus on creating a more accessible social service based on three main areas: authority, interventions and service, and housing. We have high ambitions. But to succeed, we need you.
It is within the Authority business area that we are now looking for an operations coordinator.
Job duties
As an operations coordinator at an authority, you are the qualified support to the operations manager. You work closely with the Authority's management team and hold together the overall picture for the various processes of the operation.  You need to be able to work proactively and independently to prioritize, organize and coordinate various activities and processes to facilitate governance and management in the operations. You have a broad assignment that includes producing data, compilations and analyses and running projects.  
You will be one of three coordinators who collaborate with other support functions, such as finance and HR, to provide uniform support to the business managers.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has at least three years of experience in coordinating and administering operations in public administration, preferably at a strategic level. You have experience in holding together and running processes or projects. You are communicative, can create and maintain structures for document management and information management and are used to working in teams or projects to achieve common goals and solve complex problems.  
Even if your main assignment is primarily connected to an operation, it is of utmost importance that you have an objective and analytical approach where you see challenges from a holistic perspective at both the administrative and city level.
We would like you to have a higher education in, for example, economics or political science.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
