Transport planner €3,500/month

Do you already have experience planning routes and are you ready for a new challenge within a close-knit team? For an anonymous company active in the distribution of energy products, we are looking for a transport planner to replace a departing colleague.
You will join a team of 3 planners and 1 team lead and report directly to the team lead. The company is located in the wider Ghent region, has a medium-sized team, and is active throughout Belgium with a focus on East and West Flanders.
The company operates in a stable logistics sector that is strongly seasonal. It is considerably busier during the winter period. There is a collegial atmosphere within the team, with short lines of communication and a clear division of tasks.
What does the job entail?
You draw up efficient route schedules and adjust them flexibly in the event of last-minute changes.
Colleagues rely on your support; you ensure smooth communication and clear instructions.
You monitor the order and cleanliness of delivery vans and make adjustments where necessary. Customers calling about scheduled work receive a friendly and correct response from you.
You handle the management of transport documents.
You ensure the correct follow-up of planning-related administration and inventory management.
### Profile
You have at least 3 years of experience as a route planner.
To assist French-speaking customers effectively, you speak and write fluent French.
### Experience with the Navision software system is a plus, but not a requirement.

## Compensation: min. 2,900 - max. 3,800 euros gross per month
A salary between €2,900 - €3,800/month.
Meal vouchers of €8/day.
