Waiter/Waitress - Sol Tenerife (Arona) - (Santa Cruz de Tenerife)

Destination: Arona
Job Mission: You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in your assigned restaurant, collaborating with the assigned waiters/waitresses and managers.
What will your main responsibilities be?
1. Serve and sell food and beverages in a skilled, independent, and responsible manner.
2. Prepare work areas for service.
3. Provide direct customer service for food and beverage orders.
4. Prepare simple dishes for service.
5. Transport the necessary utensils and equipment for service.
6. Control and check merchandise and equipment used in the section.
7. Assist in setting up, serving, and dismantling buffets.
8. Perform tasks in front of the customer, such as flambéing, cutting, carving, deboning, etc.
9. Collaborate with the dining room manager in the preparation and execution of special events.
10. Coordinate and supervise the tasks specific to the activity of your area.
11. Inform and advise customers about the composition and preparation of the various products available.
12. Handle customer complaints.
13. Bill and collect payments from customers.
What are we looking for?
Minimum qualification: Secondary Education (ESO/EGB), specific training in the hospitality sector is a plus.
Experience: 1 to 2 years.
Food Handler's Certificate.
