Service advisor for passenger car repair shop Södra Stockholm

About the position
As a Service Advisor, you will play a central role in the customers' experience of their service. You will be the link between the customer and the workshop, and your task will be to ensure that each customer receives a professional and personal service. Your main tasks include booking service and repairs, receiving customers, advising on service measures and handling invoicing and follow-up.

Qualifications
    
Driving license B manual
    
Familiarity with telephone and computer as work tools, MS Office
    
Good knowledge of Kobra, Automaster, WinAssist, Elsa or equivalent systems.
    
Experience from the role of Service Advisor or similar work
    
Knowledge within CABAS, spare parts or warranty processing is an asset.
