## Main Responsibilities:
Perform regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and technical areas.
Carry out repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other systems.
Address issues reported by guests and other departments quickly and efficiently.
Collaborate on hotel improvement, renovation, and expansion projects.
Maintain accurate records of interventions, materials used, and incident tracking.
Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
Participate in preventive maintenance planning.
Support the training of new members of the technical team.
What are we looking for in you?
Technical training in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel maintenance or similar facilities.
Solid knowledge of hotel technical systems.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and customer focus.
Flexible hours and availability to handle emergencies.
Proactive attitude and commitment to excellence.
