Main Responsibilities:
Perform regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and technical areas.
Carry out repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other systems.
Address issues reported by guests and other departments quickly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of interventions, materials used, and incident tracking.
Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
Participate in preventive maintenance planning.
Support the training of new members of the technical team.
