About the workplace
In the Adolfsberg residential area, there is Tisdagsgatan group housing, which is located in the middle of a green and quiet neighborhood with good communication facilities. The accommodation has six apartments with their own patio on the ground floor.
Now one of our colleagues will be on parental leave and therefore we need a substitute for the team.

Job duties
As a support educator, you are a central part of the educational work and you work to ensure that the interventions in the implementation plans are planned, carried out, evaluated and developed as needed.
Your duties also include ensuring documentation and providing support and guidance to colleagues in the pedagogical work. You run and quality-assured the pedagogical work on the unit, constantly in close dialogue with your colleagues, in your network and with your manager.
You are part of the work with care and activities together with the residents.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who, in addition to a basic education, has a post-secondary education, qualified vocational education, a university of applied sciences or a university education with specialization in the field of disability corresponding to 200 YH credits or 60 higher education credits.
To succeed in the role, you need experience of working in the role of support educator and be familiar with working with alternative and supplementary communication (AKK). You also need to have knowledge of development and improvement work according to the intentions of the LSS legislation and have basic computer skills and documentation skills.
It is an advantage if you know sign language and have experience of working with people who are deaf. We work low-affectively, and it is also an advantage if you have experience of it and if you have a B driving license.
