Child and youth worker

About the position
We have a 100% permanent position available as a child and youth worker at Aurland kindergarten as soon as possible.
Aurland kindergarten is a functional and modern kindergarten, which was completed in March 2022. The kindergarten is located close to a primary and secondary school, library, multi-purpose hall and nice hiking areas. The kindergarten has regular outdoor days and a good environment for young and old. There are four departments with 16 employees and 51 children.
We are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference and being an active contributor to creating a good everyday life for our kindergarten children. We want you to be committed, confident and committed to creating mastery in everyday life. It is nice if you have experience working with children, but it is not a requirement.

Qualifications
We prefer that you have a certificate as a child and youth worker, but relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
Good knowledge of Norwegian, both oral and written, is a prerequisite for performing the work well.

You must communicate well in Norwegian, both orally and in writing. Aurland Municipality uses Nynorsk as the target language.
Salary and employment conditions
