Your role
Experience in primary care and home care is an asset. You are flexible, structured and can easily adapt to different situations. You have a good ability to plan and organize your work, while having a genuine commitment to people - just like us.
We are looking for a district nurse or registered nurse for our home care. As part of our home care team, you work together with a coordinator, two home care nurses, five assistant nurses and a home care doctor. Together, you are responsible for approximately 125 registered patients.
In this role, you have an important mission to provide safe and person-centered care in the patient's home environment. You assess, plan and coordinate interventions based on the patient's total care needs and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Our work area is geographically concentrated, and we travel by car, on foot or by bicycle between patients.

About you
    
Have a B driving license
    
Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
    
Have at least two years of professional experience as a registered nurse
To succeed in the role of nurse with us, we believe that you thrive in a changing environment. You should be able to collaborate with others easily and have broad medical expertise. If you have previous work experience in home care, it is a great asset.
