Unit Manager for Botkyrka Municipality

We are now looking for a Unit Manager for a 6-month assignment starting February 2nd.
About the assignment The assignment is a consulting assignment via Bemannia starting to with the possibility of extension. The assignment is full-time and you will be located at the unit's office in Botkyrka. You will work as a unit manager at Work and Employment (the municipality's labor market unit).
Your duties
The focus is on preventive and promotional efforts and projects. The activities include municipal activity responsibility, holiday internships and projects financed by the municipality and external donors aimed at, among others, young people with criminal records and young adults far from work or studies. Responsibility usually includes personnel, work environment, budget and operations. Focus on work environment and management (finance and administration), follow-up and quality.
Your qualifications
    
Documented specialist competence in the HR area, with a particular focus on personnel issues and labor law in municipal operations.
    
The competence must be applied in the labor market area as well as issues related to employer liability, regulations and legal certainty in complex cases.
    
Practical experience of working with target groups that are far from work or studies.
    
Experience of working with young people with complex problems such as target groups with stress problems.
    
Experience of customary managerial responsibility over the work environment, budget and operations.
Merits
    
Work within or in close collaboration with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
