Quality Engineer

Our client in Olofström is looking for a quality engineer with the task of improving quality in production with regard to components, processes and working methods. The quality engineer will support with the production of presentations related to improvement work.
The work
Analyze data from all areas that affect quality and quality improvements in production, use analyzed data and set up activities together with other departments that improve working methods, materials and improvements.
Hold Quality Councils in case of quality deficiencies in production and run improvement projects that show quality improvements in production.
Create instructions that improve working methods in reject management and be responsible for the FMEA of the assembly processes.
Responsibilities
Show improvement activities that lead to reduced rejects and customer complaints, run projects and other activities that lead to reduced rejects and customer complaints.
Start a working group in case of quality deficiencies and lead the group to solve problems and follow up on completed activities, run improvement meetings within production quality Ensure that FMEA in assembly is updated and complied with according to the end customer's routines.
Qualifications
Technical education with a focus on production technology or equivalent, education in project management. Analytical and interested in quality work. Technically knowledgeable both practically and theoretically, trained and experienced user of FMEA, very knowledgeable in MS Office
