Capio Vårdcentral Högdalen is now looking for a committed and confident specialist in general medicine who wants to take overall responsibility for our home healthcare.
Your role
As the person responsible for home healthcare, you will play a central role in ensuring high quality, good continuity and a person-centered approach for our sickest elderly people and patients with complex care needs.
Your main tasks include:
    
Medical responsibility for patients enrolled in home care
    
Assessments in the home, both planned and emergency
    
Close collaboration with home care nurses and other professions
    
Participation in team meetings and development work
    
Supervision of colleagues and medical students if interested
    
Possibility to combine with reception work depending on seniority
About you
We are looking for a person who is clear, confident in your profession and has good organizational skills. We place great importance on personal suitability, where the ability to cooperate and a good attitude are important qualities.

Are a specialist in general medicine
    
Previous experience in home care is an advantage but not a requirement
    
Have a good ability to create security and continuity for patients
