About us
Capio Rehab Farsta has been located in the middle of Farsta Centrum since 2012 and works on behalf of Region Stockholm. We are 13 colleagues consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, chiropractors and a receptionist. In the autumn, one of our occupational therapists will retire and we are now looking for a new colleague to join our team.
Your role
As an occupational therapist in primary care, you will meet patients with varying diagnoses and disabilities of different ages. The service is divided between home rehabilitation and reception.
In the role of occupational therapist, you will carry out home visits in a team where you carry out housing assessments and assess the need for assistive devices. Other tasks that occur include:
Cognitive assessments that can target memory assessments and NPF diagnoses
Work ability assessments
Leading patient schools
Activity assessments
Hand rehabilitation
Issuing certificates

With us, you have your own room, a laptop is always available to bring for example home visits and there are opportunities to plan your schedule to suit you. It is always good to knock on the door to brainstorm ideas and ask for advice. Consultation time is set aside every afternoon with the health center for smooth communication about joint patients. We work continuously to stay up to date and develop our skills. There are several rehabilitation clinics within Capio and we have regular meetings for peer support and the opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas.
We are a warm and curious team that welcomes new suggestions and ways of working. We have shared breaks and breaks every day, which are usually spent in the kitchen sofa group, and on Fridays we offer a delicious breakfast for morning coffee.

### About you
You are a licensed occupational therapist with experience, a significant part of which is from primary care rehabilitation. You have good knowledge of activity assessments, prescribing aids and coordinating rehabilitation efforts. You feel secure in your professional role and have the ability to independently plan, implement and follow up on initiatives. You enjoy working both in a team and independently and have good practice in documentation in Take care and using the assistive technology portal.
We require identification.
A B driving license is a requirement.
