Job Description
Plasterer-Painter (M/F) - Full time (100%)
## Hours: 7:50 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 9:05 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Main missions
Within technical services, you ensure the upkeep, maintenance and improvement of buildings and infrastructure (interior/exterior) in order to guarantee a clean, secure and functional environment.
## ACTIVITIES:
* Painting work, wall coverings and floors (resins, anti-slip, waterproofing)
* Installation of partitions, false ceilings, plinths and wall protections
* Implementation of insulation (thermal, acoustic, firebreak)
* Replacement of glazing and installation of window films
* Creation of ground signage (interior and exterior)
* Decorative work (including wall frescoes)
* General maintenance of buildings and roads
### PROFILE WANTED:
CAP/BEP in building (painting/plastering)
2 to 5 years experience desired
Mastery of painting techniques, installation of coverings and partitions
Knowledge of materials, safety and building maintenance
B license required
Key skills
Preparation of surfaces (sanding, cleaning, priming)
Installation and adjustment of materials and equipment
Reading plans and respecting technical standards
Materials and inventory management
Use of specialized tools and equipment
## CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Interventions on several sites
Hospital hygiene training required
Asbestos training to be expected
Work environment
Collaboration with technical, medical teams and suppliers
