who are you
In order to be able to excel immediately in this role, it is important that you meet the following three strict requirements: - You have at least an MBO working and thinking level - You are flexible for 20 to 25 hours per week for day and evening shifts, including at least 2 weekends per month - You speak fluent Dutch and English
what are you going to do
As a driver care employee, you are the point of contact for delivery drivers who drive throughout the country. Is a delivery person with a flat tire, is there a road blockade or is a route in the system incorrect? ⏰⏰ You monitor the national delivery process live and make immediate adjustments where necessary! You provide roadside assistance or planning and ensure that the groceries still reach the customer on time. In between, you process the administration in the logbook and link delivery people to the correct journeys. So nice and varied!
