ProfCore supports Sekisui Alveo in Roermond with the recruitment and selection of a Senior Mechanic Mechanical, who will immediately receive a contract with Sekisui Alveo.
Sekisui Alveo Roermond makes various types of foam products. These products are used in, among others, the automotive industry, the medical sector and industry. You will end up in an international company with more than 350 colleagues. As a Senior Mechanic Mechanical you have a small team around you and you ensure that the machines and installations remain in good condition. You work on different types of mechanical machines and help your colleagues in the maintenance team. Your work does not stop with a failure, it only begins there. What awaits you? - You carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, the building and the grounds. - You find, analyze and solve complex malfunctions (mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic). - You check installations and report your findings to the Maintenance Team Leader. - You direct colleagues during maintenance work. - You guide external technicians and companies in their work. - You will work on improvement and replacement projects, write work processes and train colleagues. - You support the Maintenance Team Leader and replace him or her in his or her absence. - You work according to safety and quality rules, such as the 5S method.
