## Your mission:
As a Mechanical Supervisor (m/f/d) you are responsible for monitoring, coordination and quality assurance

## Your areas of responsibility:
>> Monitoring and control of the mechanical assembly work on the construction sites
Wind turbines at home and abroad
>> Ensuring occupational safety, quality and compliance with all requirements on site
>> Coordination of subcontractors and assembly teams to ensure smooth processes
>> Support the site manager with organization, planning and daily construction site coordination
>> Control of construction progress and reporting of deviations or changes
>> Conducting and documenting construction site meetings with everyone involved
>> Visual inspection of tools, materials and supplies to ensure operational readiness
>> Contribute to process improvements, change management and cost control
>> Support with commissioning
>> Perspective on taking over construction management in the future
### Your profile:
> Completed technical training in the mechanical field and/or a comparable
### Qualifications with relevant professional experience
