Mission:
What will I do?
Communicate operational needs, tools, product improvements, and quality requirements to the F&B Director/Manager of the Operations Center.
Ensure consistency and the highest quality in the flavor, presentation, and proper temperature of food served in all kitchens.
Ensure the restaurant and bar team is familiar with the technical specifications of the various outlets.
Maintain the restaurant's image, ambiance, and decor; coordinate the cleaning of guest areas with the Head Housekeeper.
Coordinate the cleaning of your work area and ensure the proper condition of tableware, cutlery, and equipment in general.
What are we looking for?
Knowledge of the Food & Beverage area, both in the dining room (restaurant) and bar.
Knowledge of cash register closing and reconciliation, stock management, and order processing.
Knowledge of the latest bar trends.
Ability to ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures (HACCP).
Cost control/management.
Knowledge of REVO and POS systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage both the front-of-house and bar teams, define shifts, and set work schedules.
