## ABOUT THE SERVICE
In the role of Construction manager apartments, your main task is to be responsible for the implementation of maintenance/upgrade of apartments to First Class at the order of the Asset Manager.
You are also involved in and manage the procurement of local framework agreements, as well as in developing and improving processes locally within the Malmö office.
### QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with several years of experience in a similar role and the following qualifications:
• Experience of responsibility for maintenance/remodeling construction projects, preferably from apartment buildings/apartments
• Experience of ROT work
• Previous experience in financial management/follow-up
• Relevant school education, university or KY education in construction/project management
• Experience in calculation is advantageous
B driving license is a requirement.
