Who are you?
You are a confident and stable person with the ability to solve problems in a flexible and creative way, both technical and human. You are good at finding and conveying the common denominators that make different stakeholders in a project cooperate well with each other. You are used to coordinating and planning projects, you have an interest in and experience in being responsible for project budgets. One of your strengths is the ability to overview complex wholes, point out goals and direction and follow them up.  
As a project manager at HMB, you get a lot of freedom to plan and run your projects yourself. You participate in stages such as calculation, planning, implementation and follow-up/knowledge feedback. To help you, you have a modern project management system, support from the controller in budget follow-up and a good sounding board in both your project manager colleagues as well as in department heads, site managers and supervisors. You have the desire to learn new things and work with continuous improvement. Because HMB has employees who enjoy themselves, our staff turnover is low and you get the opportunity to work with professionally skilled carpenters and concrete workers who feel commitment and interest in the projects.  
Your formal background
You may be university educated or have worked your way up the practical path - what matters is your knowledge, not how you acquired it. You have at least a couple of years of experience as a construction project manager. You have experience and interest in managing finance and budget responsibility. Your Swedish is very good both spoken and written. As we partly have foreign suppliers, it is required that you can also communicate in English. Of course, you are used to the computer as your daily work tool and you have a driver's license for a passenger car. You have construction technical knowledge, can read and interpret construction technical descriptions and drawings. You have insight into the contract law. We see knowledge in calculation, electricity or ventilation and experience in procurement work as meritorious.   There is a lot going on at HMB, do you want to join in?
