Who are you?
You are a confident and stable person with the ability to make clear decisions. You are good at finding and conveying the common denominators that make different stakeholders in a project cooperate well with each other. You are used to coordinating and planning, have experience in being responsible for financial matters and have experience in leadership. Your leadership is clear and coaching. One of your strengths is the ability to pinpoint goals and direction and follow through on them. You have experience in building and leading well-functioning work teams.
As site manager at HMB, you get a lot of freedom to run your project yourself. To help you, you have a modern project management system, support from central functions and a good sounding board for project managers as well as department managers, supervisors and other site managers. You have the desire to learn new things and work with continuous improvement. Because HMB has employees who enjoy themselves, our staff turnover is low and you get the opportunity to work with skilled craftsmen who feel commitment and interest in the projects.  
Your formal background
You may be university educated or have worked your way up the practical path - what matters is your knowledge, not how you acquired it. You have at least a few years of experience as site manager, senior supervisor or equivalent where leadership and financial management were included. You are well versed in traditional building production. Your Swedish is very good both spoken and written. As we partly have foreign suppliers, it is required that you can also communicate in English. Of course, you are used to the computer as your daily work tool and you have a driver's license for a passenger car.
