### Requirements
A couple of years' experience as a supervisor or equivalent.
### Experience of reading and interpreting construction technical descriptions and drawings
Building technical know-how through either education or several years of professional experience
Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
Good computer skills

We would like to get in touch with you who are interested in working as a supervisor in our family organization. As a supervisor, together with a Site Manager, you will be responsible and lead different types of projects. We offer a fun and open workplace with short decision-making paths and good development opportunities. After 10 years of careful but steady expansion, we are now looking for an additional colleague for Gävle.
Your formal background  
You may be university educated or have worked your way up the practical path - what matters is your knowledge, not how you acquired it. You have at least a couple of years' experience as a supervisor or similar position. You have experience and interest in managing and leading production. Your Swedish is very good both spoken and written. Of course, you are used to the computer as your daily work tool and you have a driver's license for a passenger car. You have construction technical knowledge, can read and interpret construction technical descriptions and drawings.
