### About the role In the role of Construction Manager, you have a central function in our steel construction projects and are responsible for running and developing the calculation work. You lead a small team while you yourself work operationally with dimensioning, strength calculations and production of technical documentation for our designers.
You ensure that our technical solutions maintain high quality and meet both customer requirements and current standards. In your daily work, you collaborate closely with sales, designers, production and assembly, where together you drive the projects forward and develop sustainable solutions adapted to our customers.
An important part of the role is to further develop and structure the calculation work. You support colleagues in technical matters, contribute to knowledge sharing in the team and drive improvements in our working methods. Through this, you help strengthen the quality of our deliveries and develop how we work with calculation over time.
### Your profile You have an engineering background in construction or technology and several years of experience in calculations, preferably in steel construction. You are confident in your competence and used to working in tools such as FEM-Design, Idea Statica or Frame Analysis.
Either you already have a leadership role today or you are ready to take the plunge. The most important thing is that you have the will to develop as a leader, take responsibility for both people and technology and at the same time continue working with calculations.
