Job Description

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years of age depending on the nature of the work tasks. Previous experience from leadership roles is an advantage.
As a supervisor at Willys Hemma, you play a very important role in the development of the store and the store team, and in the work to offer our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices!
Here's a little more about the position:
    You are part of the store's management team and, together with the store manager, have overall responsibility for the store. Of course, you also participate in the daily operational store work - you can count on getting a lot of steps on the pedometer!
     You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability and other important key figures. You also contribute to the work of developing and following up on the store's business plan.
     You supervise employees in the store team and contribute to your colleagues developing and performing to their full potential.
     You are a role model in the work of welcoming all our customers and meeting them with knowledge, tact and a big smile.
     You have total responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.
