## Your main responsibilities will be:
Work organization — planning and control of the activities of subordinate employees;
Management of technological tools — planning and accounting of the need for tools, searching for alternatives, ordering and maintaining them, ensuring their readiness and stocks;
Technological solutions — search for new technological solutions, announcement of tender and implementation;
Maintenance of engineering systems — operation, testing, adjustment and organization of repairs of electricity, heat, water supply and sewage treatment facilities;
Control of energy resources — preparation of reports, ensuring the accuracy of data, analysis of energy consumption.
Task execution supervision — control of the implementation of plans and tasks;
Safety requirements — compliance with work and fire safety norms.
