Store employee (summer job), Willys Kungälv Komarken

The position is for: Holiday temporary work at varying hours during the summer of 2026. We would like you to have the opportunity for an introduction and extra work during the spring.
Access: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire people under 16 years of age depending on the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).
Where do you see yourself this summer? By the sea or at Willys? Most people will probably answer the sea, which is perfectly fine. But we would love to see you with us this summer! When you work at Willys, you will have a fast-paced everyday life. You will do everything from unpacking goods, working at the cash register, helping our customers and keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer worker at Willys, you will quickly take on your own responsibility and you will become an important part of the store team that will ensure that our customers have the best store experience, every day. In exchange, we can promise that you will gain experience - for example, in sales and service - that you will benefit from regardless of what you choose to do later on.      It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but previous work experience is not a requirement.
     You take responsibility for your job, are punctual and reliable.
     You speak, write and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do the same, that's great!
     You have the conditions and personal qualities that make you suitable to work with us. If you apply for the job, you will be asked to take a test that shows this.
