Job Description

You are responsible for the weekly and monthly planning and long-term forecasting for the product group(s) assigned to you.
In collaboration with the AFP Coordinator (Advanced Forecasting & Procurement), your goal is to prevent out-of-stock situations.
You enter all orders into the ERP system (Navision), send them to suppliers, and monitor the precise follow-up of agreements (order confirmation, delivery time).
You strive to optimize inventory management and material flows, taking into account capacity utilization, availability, and delivery time.
You are responsible for inbound planning and inbound follow-up.
You work closely with your colleagues in Product & Purchase for your product family and report to the Demand & Supply Manager, Kevin.
You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or logistics. Relevant work experience in a purchasing/distribution environment is a big plus, but not required. Enthusiastic, energetic graduates are also welcome.
Knowledge of Navision and/or AFP is also a plus, but not required. You will be guided through the entire process from start to finish.
You have strong communication skills.
You are strong with numbers and have excellent analytical skills: you quickly identify bottlenecks and convert them into opportunities.
You know how to prioritize and work very punctually.
You have a strong sense of responsibility.
The customer is your most important person.
You speak Dutch and have a good command of French and/or English. And do you also happen to speak German? That's really great!
