Your responsibilities:
Management of the entire restaurant area
Greeting and seating guests
Monitoring and maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and order
Leading staff and creating schedules for approximately 35 service employees
Intensive staff training
à la carte and half-board service
Planning and further developing service standards
Table planning
Training and development of staff
Maintaining an overview and cleanliness throughout the entire area
Monitoring cleanliness, order, and atmosphere in all work areas and within the team
Requirements:
Positive demeanor, resilience, reliability, and teamwork skills
High service and quality standards
Experience with standards and procedures
Good professional knowledge
Communicative personality
A well-groomed appearance is a matter of course for you
Passion for the profession
Long-term collaboration desired
