What will your main responsibilities be?
Perform the control and supervision functions of your area of responsibility and the tasks carried out in full view of the customer.
Prepare and decorate the restaurant's dining rooms and tables.
Assist in greeting, bidding farewell to, seating, and advising customers about menus and drinks.
Perform tasks in full view of the customer (flambéing, cutting, carving, deboning, etc.).
Check commonly used items.
Store and manage the merchandise and commonly used items in the restaurant.
Perform invoicing and collections from clients, as well as reconcile and settle the day's takings in your section.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar role.
B2 level of English.
A third language is a plus.
Training in Hospitality or Tourism and specialized courses in oenology are a plus.
Experience in team management, leadership, and customer service.
