Apply today and be there. #YouMakeADifference Your Mission In your role as an Industrial Engineer (f/m/d), you will design the material flow and production strategy of our production lines and thus create the basis for efficient, scalable and future-proof production. When defining our production lines, you take into account the special features of our wide range of applications in medical technology, the semiconductor industry, measurement technology and automation technology. Together with R&D, process engineering and production, you drive forward the industrialization of our piezo technology products and accompany products from the idea to series production. This is how you make the difference Designing value streams: You develop holistic concepts for our production lines, based on value stream mapping and taking lean principles into account. Thinking ahead in production: For our new products in the medical technology and semiconductor industries, you will develop production concepts for the different phases of the product life cycle from pre-series, the ramp-up phase to series production. Set standards: You define production and system standards and implement them together with our partners for automation solutions. Design capacities: You dimension machine and personnel capacities based on volume, cycle times and product portfolio. Actively design: You work with the team to develop optimization options and actively implement them together. Implement investments: You prepare investment decisions, define the processes and systems to be procured and implement them together with our partner for production systems and facilities. You are good at this. You are methodically confident: you have very good knowledge of process design, value stream mapping and production concepts. Technically savvy: You have a deep understanding of manufacturing technologies, applications and technical limitations. You are familiar with fluidic systems such as valves and micropumps and are not afraid of electronics and software. Continuous improvement: You enjoy continuous optimization and are excited about getting better and better. Methods such as Kaizen and Lean have been part of your professional development. Economically minded: You use basic knowledge of controlling, cost accounting and investment evaluation in a targeted manner. Project strong: You coordinate interdisciplinary teams in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in complex projects. Communicative: With very good English skills, you move confidently in an international environment.
