Job Description

Destination: Santa Cruz de Tenerife
OPERATIONS:
Ø Participate with a degree of autonomy and responsibility in kitchen preparations under the supervision of your supervisor. Perform basic preparations, as well as any other tasks related to culinary preparations assigned.
Ø Prepare and/or finish dishes for which you have received appropriate training.
Ø Maintain order and organization in the cold storage and refrigerators within your work area to ensure the proper use of products.
• Verify that you have all the necessary equipment and products to perform your tasks, handling them properly to avoid waste and spoilage.
• Ensure that you perform all assigned tasks and production requests from your immediate supervisor efficiently and on time, complying with the required specifications and established procedures.
• Handle all operating equipment with extreme caution when transporting it to avoid accidents, spills, or breakage, complying at all times with safety regulations.
• Comply with cleaning and hygiene procedures and standards in the performance of your duties, ensuring the quality and reliability of the food prepared.
• Ensure that the products used in preparations meet the standards of quality, quantity, and yield, reporting any anomalies or deviations to your immediate supervisor.
• Immediately inform your supervisor of any setbacks that occur during the performance of your duties and that may affect service.
• Execute all instructions and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, as well as the responsibilities required by the position.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
• Understand the Brand philosophy and comply with the standards, operating manuals, and identity guidelines applicable to your department.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and personalize their visit, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Address customer issues, communicating the actions taken to your supervisor. Escalate the issue to your supervisor if you are unable to provide a solution.
• Understand the Voice of the Customer objectives and implement the necessary actions to achieve them.
• Support your supervisor with the Sensory Architecture established for your areas.
