Destination: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
What will your main responsibilities be?
Participate autonomously and responsibly in kitchen preparations.
Prepare dishes for which you have received appropriate training.
Maintain order and organization in the refrigerators and freezers of your assigned area to ensure the proper use of products. Verify that you have all the necessary equipment and products to perform your tasks, handling them properly to avoid waste and spoilage.
Comply with cleaning and hygiene procedures and standards while performing your duties, ensuring the quality and reliability of the food prepared.
Ensure that the products used in food preparation meet quality, quantity, and yield standards, reporting any anomalies or deviations to your immediate supervisor.
What are we looking for?
Studies in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Training in food handling and allergen awareness.
Good organizational skills.
Teamwork skills.
Flexible schedule (morning or afternoon shifts with continuous hours).
Availability to work weekends (rotating days off).
