We are currently looking for: 1 employee in the Teaching & Media Services department (m/f/d) You are a pioneer in your field * Conception and creation of digital teaching content (videos, e-learning, microlearning) * Further development of modern asynchronous teaching and learning formats * Transfer of trends from digital didactics, EdTech and AI scalable teaching formats * Ensuring quality and standards in content production * Development of media-supported teaching concepts in collaboration with internal and external partners * Organization of workshops and training for teachers on content creation as well as didactic support for these * Collaboration on a project to develop and implement an innovative, low-barrier digital campus * Coordination of sub-projects in the areas of digital teaching, accessibility and learning spaces * Monitoring of project progress and goal achievement You have a cosmopolitan profile * Completed studies (e.g. educational science, media technology, digitization or similar) * Practical experience in the creation of digital teaching and learning content as well as knowledge of digital didactics, e-learning, media production or EdTech * Very good knowledge of common office programs and affinity for new technologies and digital trends * Experience in project management, ideally in a university or educational environment an advantage * Knowledge of accessibility and the associated standards (WCAG guidelines) an advantage * Very good German & We require knowledge of English (spoken and written).
