We are currently looking for: 1 Senior Lecturer / FH Professor in Health Management (m/f/d) You are a pioneer in your field. You teach in your field at bachelor's and master's level in German and English and at the same time are responsible for applied research projects related to the research priorities of the Department of Business. In addition to supervising scientific work, you will maintain contact with regional and international cooperation partners. You inspire people to discover and further develop business-relevant content and connections. You have a cosmopolitan profile * Completed doctorate (preferably in economics) * Visible publication activity in scientific journals * Specialist focus in at least one of the following areas: Management in health organizations, health and care systems, health economics * Sound practice in or with healthcare facilities (pharmaceuticals, medical technology, social insurance, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, emergency services, etc.) * Experience in university teaching * Experience in conducting/managing research projects and in acquiring third-party funding * Good networking in the scientific community (demonstrated through memberships, conferences and reviewer activities) * Excellent knowledge of English and German (min. level C1/European Framework of Reference for References) You are a personality with organizational strength, commitment and willingness to learn. For this position we offer an annual gross salary starting from EUR 63,000 on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). Depending on professional qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay. The award of a professorship is independent of the conclusion of an employment contract and is tied to an expert review process and requires appropriate evidence in the areas of teaching, research and practice.
