The HSD Hochschule Döpfer, University of Applied Sciences, is a state-recognized and system-accredited private university with high scientific standards in teaching and research. At its locations in Potsdam, Cologne, Regensburg and Hamburg, the HSD offers various accredited bachelor's and master's degree programs in psychology, social and health sciences. We are looking for support: Professor (m/f/d) for applied therapeutic sciences with a focus on occupational therapy, speech therapy or physiotherapy at the location in Hamburg and/or PotsdamYour tasks✓ Representation of the department internally and externally at the university✓ Teaching in subject-specific modules in your therapeutic profession as well as in interprofessional modules in the field of health and Social✓ Active participation in the curricular development of the degree program✓ Development of research activities with a direct connection to applied therapeutic sciences, taking into account an interdisciplinary perspective✓ Supervision and advice of students in practical study phases✓ Supervision of final theses and student projects✓ Active participation in the self-administration of the universityYour profile✓ Completed university studies in therapeutic sciences and/or psychology/social sciences/educational sciences/human medicine or one Related field✓ Completed doctorate✓ Training in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, sports therapy, speech therapy/speech therapy/clinical linguistics with appropriate professional license✓ Fulfillment of the requirements of Section 43 of the Brandenburg Higher Education Act✓ High commitment to the development and scientific reflection of new fields of action in the healthcare system✓ Teaching experience, good didactic skills also in virtual and hybrid teaching formats✓ Experience in implementation and Acquisition of research projectsWhat we offerAt the HSD you have the opportunity to take on a responsible role at a state-recognized university as part of a professorship.
