Participate in writing a new page in the golf industry in Europe for our Titleist brand! Your missions will be as follows, under the responsibility of the site's Head of Operations: Pre-Opening: - Participate in the integration process and acquisition of the knowledge necessary to take up duties on our existing operational production sites located in the United States and the United Kingdom in order to appropriate the Group's standards, processes and best practices. - Take charge, administer and optimize infrastructure and equipment existing IT systems within Mainland Europe headquarters and sites. - Support the deployment, integration and commissioning of the new IT infrastructures of the ACO site, guaranteeing their performance, security and compliance with Group standards. - Recruit, supervise and develop a user support technician (End User Technician) in order to ensure an efficient and quality local IT service on the MainlandPost-Opening sites: - Administer, maintain and develop the site's IT infrastructures (servers, networks, systems and equipment), guaranteeing their performance, security and their compliance with Group standards.- Ensure the availability and continuity of IT services through infrastructure supervision, incident management, the identification of technical risks and the implementation of business recovery plans.- Prioritize the availability of production equipment that may be impacted by IT resources. - Manage the site's IT projects, from the study of needs to the deployment of solutions, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructures, processes and quality of service. - Guarantee the governance, compliance and cybersecurity of information systems, ensuring compliance with the Group's policies and procedures and the maintenance of up-to-date technical documentation. - Collaborate with suppliers and local and international teams to ensure the deployment, evolution and optimization of IT solutions meeting the needs of the company.- Supervise and develop the user support activity, by accompanying the support technician and guaranteeing an efficient local service oriented towards user satisfaction. Profile sought:- Higher education at Bac+3 level in IT, Networks and Telecommunications (Professional license, BUT/DUT or equivalent diploma)- Minimum experience of 5 years in an advanced level technical support position, ideally in an environment supporting critical systems for the activity. - Strong project management skills and strong customer orientation and quality of service. - Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - Very good written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and in an international environment. - Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders. - Sense of priorities, respect for deadlines and ability to intervene in an IT environment requiring availability. - Good understanding of business issues and the company's operational environment (industry, customers, operations, etc.). - You speak English and French fluently - International travel to be expected, particularly during the integration period
